| Gender Cannot be determined from external features. The sex of the cory can be distinguished in adults as the female is noticably wider when looked upon from above. Females are slightly larger than the males, Nitrates must be kept as low as possible. Small frequent water changes with slightly cooler water with a pH of 6.5 in a wide, shallow tank often instigates breeding activity. Corydoras Aeneus is one of the easiest Corydoras too breed. | |
