COMMENTS
Cardinal Tetras are beautiful little tropical fish. It has a electic blue strip running from the nose to its tail and the lower part of its body has a red strip running from its nose to its tail. They look at there best when they are in a shoal of six or more. They should be kept in warm, soft, acidic water with a low pH.
BREEDING
Cardinal Tetras are egg scatters. They lay their egg's in the subtrate. The Cardinal Tetras should be removed from the aquarium after spawning to prevent them eating the egg's.
